Architecture services are charged on per sq ft basis of the total construction area. For ex if you have 2,000 sq ft plot and you decided to construct 1,500 sq ft. Then you will be charged on 1,500 sq ft - the total construction area.

We offer three services - 1. Floor Planning in which we work with you to decide the floor planning & for which wee charge INR 5 / sq ft of the construciton area. 2. Front elevation - we provide the front elevation design with 3Ds & drawings. We charge INR 15 / sq ft of the construciton area. This will also include ther Floor planning. 3. Complete Working Drawings - In addition to Floor Planning & Front elevation, we additionally offer all the working drawings except for column layout . We charge INR 25 / sq ft of the construciton area.

The size of romm should be around 250 - 300 sq ft. For room sizes beyound that the charges will be extra.
